Smiting Monk questions - Guild Wars Forums

Hey I'm kinda new with the Monk information and i would want to know info on certain types of monks
Is This thing Tur about a Invinci Monk if so how does it work other than the info on GuildWarsguru
And is a Smiting Monk a Good Damage Dealer???
And Plz Specify ur type of Monk like ex. Mo/R and plz specify what u like about that type of build or profession setup.

If U guys can awser this it would be very nice
